Let’s TOrCCH it

TOrCCh (Towards Organisational Culture Change) is a systematic facilitated change process that focuses on supporting staff teams to achieve changes in practice. The process is supported by a manual called a Toolkit.

The project was implemented in residential care facilities in WA & Queensland. The presentation will discuss the process and results from the project and will include discussion from participating facilities.
