The multi-ethnic workforce in dementia care: Benefiting from cultural diversity

This presentation is based on the findings of a research project which explored the experiences of the changing multicultural workforce in residential aged care. The findings, which are presented through case study examples, have been translated into principles and practices for achieving a culturally connected workforce.
