This educational resource (DVD and Workbook) explores the unique and individual journeys of people living with dementia and their families and carers. This is explored through personal stories from people living with dementia and their carers about their experience of symptoms, diagnosis, and living with dementia.

Visual Stories is designed for health professionals and aims to demonstrate how the quality of the relationship with a health professional can support people living with dementia. The DVD supports discussion with a guide.
