Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

If you do not find the answer to your question below, please contact the Web Administrator by email at .

Why am I unable to view the eLearning videos?

The eLearning videos available on the DTSC website are either embedded from Vimeo or YouTube or have been created from recordings (via Echo 360) of the actual events and hosted on one of the University servers associated with the DTSC who held the event.

All the videos embedded on the DTSC website or linked from external sources are able to be viewed in any current web browser, eg. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc.

Some Users may experience difficulties in viewing some videos if they connect to the Internet via server based technology used by their Organisation (such as Citrix) or if the firewall is set to block video content.

If you are unable to view any of the videos, please check with your local IT Support service before contacting DTSC to report a fault.

    • Check the ‘App Store’ for other options
  • Android devices can play Echo 360 presentations – with some modifications (NB: entirely at the User’s own risk)
    • Adobe Flash Player can be installed from the Adobe website – see instructions
    • Depending on your version of Andriod – you may need to install a browser that supports the Flash plugin (eg Firefox) from the ‘Play Store’
