Knowledge Translation (KT) and Dementia Care

Prof Richard Fleming and Assoc Prof Belinda Goodenough, DTSC NSW/ACT (photographed) attended the 4th Annual NHMRC Research Translation Symposium in Sydney October 27-28. They took the opportunity to showcase the strategic KT focus of the DTSCs interms of national ‘big picture’ thinking to bring together the varied stakeholders in dementia care – to explore the potential of a common KT framework to promote research-driven best practice.

The symposium is an activity of the NHMRC Research Translation Faculty which was established in 2012 to build capacity and systems for getting evidence into practice and policy in Australia.
