DTSC presence at National Dementia Research and Knowledge Translation Forum 2015

Staff from the Dementia Training Study Centres attended the National Dementia Research and Knowledge Translation Forum 2015.

DTSC presentations related to the Forum’s theme of ‘Science and Practice – the big questions’ and included:

• the development of the DTSC Fellowship Program
• educating health professionals in the skill of cognitive assessment
• creating meaningful education about responsive behaviour, and
• facilitating culturally safe care for Aboriginal Australians living in residential aged care
